Who we are
UpToVision is a small studio in Weiden in der Oberpfalz, a town in north-eastern Bavaria close to the Czech border. It was founded by Fabian Baloi and is a brand of VORGEBAUT 3D UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i. G., a German limited company in formation.
We combine web design and video production in one place. Your website and your content are made with the same visual language, the same colors and the same typefaces, so a visitor who finds you through a Reel lands on a site that clearly belongs to the same brand.

How remote collaboration works
Most of our projects run fully online. You do not need to travel to Weiden, and you do not need a German-speaking contact on your side.
Intro call
We talk on a video call about what you are planning, who it is for and what bothers you about your current presence. For quick questions in between, WhatsApp works too.
Material
You send logo, photos, footage and existing texts – large files via a cloud link rather than a messenger, so nothing gets compressed.
Draft and review link
You get a link to a first draft and review it in your own browser, on your own phone. Nothing is finalized until you approve it.
Launch or delivery
The website goes live or you receive the finished files in every format you need. Afterwards the website subscription can take care of maintenance.

Frequently asked questions
Do you work with clients outside Germany?
Yes. Besides Germany we work with companies in Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, and the process works the same for other EU countries. Calls, drafts and approvals all happen online.
Can we work together in English?
Yes. We work in English and German. Our enquiry form is in German, so if you prefer, simply write to kontakt@up2vision.com in English instead.
Do we need to meet in person?
No. Most projects run entirely via video call, email, WhatsApp and review links. If you are near Weiden and would rather meet, we can do that too.
How do you charge – by the hour or per project?
Per project. We work with fixed packages instead of hourly billing, so you know the cost from the start. You get a quote before any work begins.
